The Results Depend on You
The CoolSculpting® treatment uses precise cooling energy to freeze and destroy fat cells during treatment. This process permanently eliminates the targeted fat cells. As such, the fat that is treated during the CoolSculpting® treatment will be permanently removed. Many patients are able to achieve incredibly long-lasting results for this reason. However, future changes in weight can cause fat to re-accumulate in the treated areas, affecting your results. Optimal Results Take Time
The full results from CoolSculpting® can take up to four months to develop. If you are not noticing the results you wanted, the body may still be reacting to the treatment. Typically, the most dramatic results are noticed about three months after treatment. After this point, the body still continues to flush out the destroyed fat cells for a few more months. It is not uncommon for patients to see continued improvements in their results for as long as six months after their treatment.
