Is there a consultation fee?
Yes, cosmetic consultations with our office are $50.00. If you book a procedure, the $50.00 consultation fee will be deducted from your procedure amount. For insurance based appointments, copays and deductibles will be applied.

How do I get to your office?
Harmony Medical is located in the Anderson-Gibbs building of Flagler Hospital, 301 Health Park Blvd. Suite 109 St. Augustine, FL 32086.
If you enter the Flagler Hospital campus from US1, take a right at the first stop sign. You will immediately be at a 2nd stop sign. Take a left into Visitor Parking Lot D. Our office is on the first floor of the Anderson-Gibbs building, Suite 109.
If you enter the Flagler Hospital campus from 312, at the third stop sign take a left into Visitor Parking Lot D. Our office is on the first floor of the Anderson-Gibbs building, Suite 109.
Where do you perform surgery?
For cases performed under General or MAC Anesthesia, the surgery will be conducted in a private OR suite at Flagler Hospital. Cases performed under local anesthesia will be performed in Dr. Vu’s procedure room which is located on the hospital campus in the Anderson Gibbs building.
What days does Dr. Vu perform surgery?
Dr. Vu operates at Flagler Hospital every Tuesday and Wednesday. For his less invasive cases performed in his office, we will open up our schedule to meet your specific needs.
What is the process for scheduling surgery?
Once a surgery date has been decided, a $500 non-refundable scheduling fee is required to make the reservation. A pre-op appointment is scheduled with our office two weeks before surgery to go over all questions and post operative instructions. In the meantime, you will meet with your Primary Care Physician for a Medical Clearance appointment. Medical Clearance will involve bloodwork (CBC, BMP) and an EKG within 30 days of your surgery date. Lastly, a short pre op phone call with Flagler Hospital will occur. With these steps completed, you will be ready for surgery with Dr. Vu.
